If you want to use a LCD as a computer monitor, I suggest getting one that is 1080P with 1900 by 1200 resolution.

+1
but there are no lcd tv's that use the resolution 1920x1200, it's 1920x1080. That's why all hd formats are 1080p.
eg. $699

I mainly would be using it for Pc gaming, and xbox 360 however
if i were to purchase a monitor lets say a 24" that will give me 1080p gaming on both pc and xbox right ?
but hd gaming on only a 24" monitor, everything would be too small to look at
where as a 32" tv would be much bigger
