The only difference I can find is that hospitality tvs have software options for the hotel to lock out inputs/channels on the tv.

is direct canada easy to deal with? Newegg is sold out but NCIX still has it available. Not sure if its easier to deal with NCIX as i dont have any experience with direct canada

DirectCanada is owned by NCIX AFAIK. Never had to deal with RMA, so I can't tell if something goes wrong.

If you check under the WARRANTY tab you see NCIX contact infos..

69$ at a BC only company isnt the same as being a canada wide 86$ deal. 17$ more. blah. door crashers.... 2012 i did the 5am thing. in 2016 i like to let my keyboard do the work.

As mentioned DC owned by NCIX. Have bought lots of stuff from them and very happy with the product, service and price. Sometimes their prices are slightly lower than NCIX and that's the time I buy.
