If anyone's looking for a printer, this thing is great. I bought it about 1.5 yrs ago and hasn't given me any problems. But beware, this thing is a BEAST... Weighs in at 80 lbs or so... Have fun watching the delivery man move this thing...

Each colour cartridge is $74.96 at Staples. Yield is supposed to be 2,000/cartridge.

Therefore 4 cartridges x ($74.96 + $11.24 tax) / 2,000 sheets = 17.24 cents/page

Hmmm... not too bad actually!!

Yield is generally calculated at 5% coverage.
If you were to do a printscreen of this page, it would be about 15%.
Also dampness affects yield as well. So if its in the basement, you'll get less yield.
