Samsung Galaxy Nexus, now what? Case pics added

A few pictures for you guys, but I am pretty sure we have all seen the device by now....

It has literally been about 10 minutes since it arrived, so I do not have much input just yet.... but if you have any questions or requests, let me know. The one thing I noticed, is the zero lag shutter is... ugh, 0 lag. It does not even blink, it just captures.... it is freaking cool, panorama is nice... but takes a while to patch it together. Web surfing and navigating around the device is fast and seamless!

The one thing I did not like so far, the back cover.... with the last few phones, it snaps on easily... this one took me 2 tries to get all of them snapped it.... maybe I have to "break" it in :P

If I have some time, I will add some mp3s/720p movies to it and see how it goes... it is a good size, feels great in the hand. I do miss the menu button, but I will figure it out asap








case and invisible shield: I love the feel of the case, function... but if you look at the top, bottom and sides... it bothers me how it does not go to the ends of the phone.... so it stands out and you can really feel/see it... aside from that, works well int he pocket.

BTW does anyone think it's a good idea to buy it under a friend's bell account outright when it comes out?

When i make a purchase using a friend's Bell mobility account, will I have my name on the purchase or will it be my friend's name? If there was ever a warranty that was needed, what do i need to show as proof of purchase? reciept? will i have to show my friend's Bell mobility account? or will they accept the reciept as is?

I want this phone THIS MONTH. I can't wait any longer for it to be on Rogers. Damn Bell, Why can't they just sell off contract and earn some money while they have the exclusivity. ((

OP, is this the Bell one? Doubt it but if it is.. can you check that it's actually sim unlocked?

No, it is the UK edition... factory unlocked! If you want my educated guess, it will be unlocked regardless.... like the last 2 nexus phones

and to N3... worse case scenario, get your friend to deal with the warranty... should not be a big deal either way.

You might want to ask your friend before you do this and not behind his back heh. That's not being a friend. Maybe your friend and you can go into the store, he can buy it personally and then hand the phone off to you, of course you'd have to pay him :P

I got a 50$ credit thing if i sign up for a 3 year activation from bell.. but that would require me to pay the 35$ activation fee.. fml. Wondering if i should do it. :T

dunno, I plugged it into the pc like always and dragged and dropped... worked as usual
