Bah, so jelous. I really want to get this phone but I'll have to wait for Rogers to get it as I can't afford to purchase another phone outright and Virgin doesn't have an unlimited plan that works with full discount and Bell wants $140 a month for something that will work for my business which is way too much.

+1, was gonna ask. There's no word of Mobilicity/Wind even releasing the phone :P. Only Bell/Virgin is first, followed by Rogers and Telus next month. This phone might be too pricey for Mobilicity customers to afford, just saying.

Update: Just gave my contact information so Bell could contact me tomorrow starting at 10AM. Can't wait to have this baby on the 5th of December.

sold my iphone for it

its a very nice phone but the battery really bad on it, if you use it for data, it might only last you a 3-5 hrs only

remember to get android booster from the market, it helps the battery a bit

Im in my first charge, havent put it down yet... 75% 3 hours of use.... very normal/goodbattery life here... use your task manager?!

So far, i am loving the phone... everything is so fast and.smooth, there is literally NO shutter, it just captures the image.... selecting words, copying/pasting/cursor is a better experience, app drawer is cool, built in task manager, no buttons, screen is sexy, speaker is very good, kb works well, face recognition, led notification....

No real complaints yet, ill try a video nowish

how is the GPS on the phone. I refuse to purchase another phone with sub-par GPS on it again. I can't stand waiting for my Desire HD to pick up satellites.

You might want to ask your friend before you do this and not behind his back heh. That's not being a friend. Maybe your friend and you can go into the store, he can buy it personally and then hand the phone off to you, of course you'd have to pay him :P

So I just been playing with it... if I put it on 10 seconds, it plays the entire video in a split second.... if I put it on one second, seems to play the entire video in one second.... not sure how or why this would be useful? Being night time, I cannot think of anything to make a video of....

In regards to the screen protectors and cases we havent gotten them in at The Source as of today but likely will in the next few days. There isnt really any rules about selling cases/screen protectors for unreleased phones just the hardware. I imagine we will get them in on monday, ill post up when we get them in. We got the cases for the htc raider and LG eye like 4 days before release.

Hasnt been an issue for me for a long time (gs2, lte, nexus)
Says accurate to 5 meters with wifi on, locked and talked instantly (not moving bjt indoors)

Turned off wifi, again, locked and gave directions instantly!

Only spoke to the wife for a couple of minutes.... normal/good, loud and clear....but it could always be louder.... ill know more tomorrow

Can you set color? How fast they blink? Stay on forever? Does it drain battery if you don't acknowledge it?

Blueish white light, depends on what you miss.... i do not see color options but i bet the developers will add that.... being an led light, it won't drain much but once you unlock the screen, it is acknowledged... it is a nice addition but currently not a reason to buy the phone, heh
