Probably both. The Exynos quad can shut off the cores not being used and throttle the active core if the activity doesn't need a lot of power, not sure how S4 works. However the One S and NA One X with S4 seem to have very good battery life (although the sense multitasking debacle has now caused some skepticism).
For the international S3, GSMArena reported over 10 hours of continuous video playback, 10 hours of calling, and almost 6 hours of web browsing (on HSPA) in their tests and were impressed with the longevity.
I guess you will have to wait and see for actual comparisons. I would take the non LTE quad one not because of the cores only, but because i don't care for LTE and a low power HSPA radio suffices for me just fine![]()

These chips boast speeds of 1066Mbps without increasing power usage, meaning that devices such as the LG Optimus LTE 2 and Japan’s Samsung Galaxy S III will not draw any more power from the motherboard than their 1GB international cousins.

ugly looking, ugly software so what's left lol... oddly for once it looks better in blue/black vs. white
rooting won't get rid of touchwiz, and then i need to wait for some xda hack to cook up a beta rom for 3 months and flash constantly.. no thanks... vanillaICS4life!
seriously if HTC just did that the one X would kill this thing imo, but they don't have the same following_______________

Yep, hence my only option sadly for now. Otherwise the One X would be good. However i am not fond of their aggressive app killing policy and bloated sense. The skins are what make android experience bad for many.
Similarly if the nexus had the same cam sensor as the gs2 i would have it and never look at any other phone. Vanilla ICS is definitely the best. But as usual google and samsung decided to short charge users on the nexus.
Honestly it is blunders like these that me still stay with the old iPhone 4 i have. 32 GB storage and decent enough camera that i have come to rely on it a lot. The nexus is an amazing phone as i have tested and played with it, but the camera is awful compared to even the IP4.Last edited by desidealer49; May 18th, 2012 at 01:23 PM.

I also would have gone for the One X S4 version, BUT I prefer a phone with a micro sd slot so I can expand the storage, plus the SGS III has a bigger battery and from watching those videos, it seems to be pretty good on battery life.
Wonder what LG has up their sleeve, of course no one likes LG :P_______________

The galaxy s3 is barely an upgrade considering there already is a galaxy s2 HD.

Hate me or love me, I already preordered my S III and can't wait to get my hands on it. I know I will get "why waste your money on that crap" but at the end of day, as long as any hater didn't contribute at least a cent into my purchase, I couldn't care less.
