will this work on non samsung phones if u sideload the apk? ok so prolly NO

anyways, it doesnt pay to have a rooted phone when it comes to NFC payments or tap payments, phone must be stock!

Can confirm, didn't have my email and number registered in my settings when I made the 5 purchases. So once I made a purchase again with the information added the GC was sent immediately!

Evidently I'm doing something wrong then, I have both my email and phone entered into my profile. The promotion page also shows that I'm 0 purchases away from the reward :(

Made 6 purchases but no email, despite having both my phone number and email address in the profile. Called the toll free number and was advised to wait 24 hours for the email to show up. I swear for the last promo it showed up immediately after completing the requirement but I can wait 24 hours.

Just got off the phone with customer service. He wanted me to send screenshots of the offer page and my purchases on the app.

Said he'll be in touch.....let's see what happens

So i completed 5 transactions successfully and within 5 secs received an email for $10 GC, but did not receive $20 GC email. I called the toll free number and was told to do another transaction which might trigger the update and should get that second email out. I did not receive that 2nd email, so I called again and then I was told to wait 24 hrs.

This just happened with me as well. Will try updating email/phone and making another purchase.

Same here. I haven't tried a 6th transaction yet. Hopefully that will help.
