Here's a link to participating Saskatchewan stores:

Eg. The CO-OP Home Centre in Regina has Luminus 9.5W A19 LED bulbs for $3.97 after a $5.00 rebate. 3rd flyer down.

I tried Luminus bulbs. They aren't dimmable, and the base gets frighteningly hot. Can't speak for the 9.5W as that is non standard. Their 17W bulb has double the lumens and is pretty bright.

Home depot has several flat philips bulbs for $8 and $10. After rebates they are $5 and $6. The higher wattage ones are actually cheaper because of a higher instant rebate.

I think this is the luminus bulbs I've tried. The color seemed good but like I say, surprisingly hot base:

London Drugs has the Philips 10.5w led on sale for 7.9x. Same ones that Home Depot is selling for 9.9x.

If Depot will PM the price and then apply the rebate the bulbs will only cost 2.9x. each.
