Scammed by "Thanatopsis" Said Tablets were Dual Core they aren't!!

He changed it. It said ARM11 (Dual Core) beforehand. Which is why I bought these Tablets in the first place.

I get them home and find out they are 1ghz InfoTMIC CPU's which are crap. Not even an 800mhz ARM11 like his changed ad states. It's a 1ghz Arm6. Useless to me. The tablets are NOT what I bought and this guy is refusing me a refund now saying "They are as I advertised".

They aren't. See the thing is. This guy doesn't know a thing about ARM CPU's. Trump card for me.

The CPU you are stating in your "new" ad Thanatopsis? You say it's an ARM11. Another lie. It's an Arm6. Now your response was "It's what we bought from the manufacturer". That matters how? LOL.

You incorrectly advertised the product, resulting in me getting something I did not want. Futhermore I sent him the correct information on the tablet (it's an m799a 2.2) and he refuses to put that up in his ad. So technically he is currently scamming in the ad he as active as it is....

I want a refund immediately my friend. You aren't going to get away with this.

My thread said I was selling the tablet from this website. I copy and pasted the the specs. Asked several times when I met him whether or not her wants it . After inspecting it he purchased and I stated I will not be accepting refunds. Now that he is unsatisfied with the product he is making up lies. Check the thread out. I posted the link of the tablet im selling. I offered an invoice / receipt if he wanted to take it up with the creator of the tablet that he isn't selling what he says on his website, but it is not my problem now. I sold it to him explaining that I'm selling exactly what I bought on that man's website when his tablets where on sale with dealathon. I didn't need them and if the processor doesn't match what it says on their website take it up with Nigel (Owner of my williamjones/ "gpad" )

And I don't know anything about cpus? Congratulations you exceed me in a certain field. Must me proud of yourself. I said in the thread that I am selling that tablet from his website and copy and pasted the specs listed and I even said the specs are from their website. I did not falsely advertise anything. I stated clearly. Everything is from his website.

I asked you several times and you said you where happy with them. Now it is out of my hand. If you want to take it up with Nigel himself go for it I will gladly print out the invoice and you can take it up with him that the specs aren't like what he advertised.

Lovely that you bought something that you no longer like and are finding some bs excuse to get your money back. Won't happen. You should of said when I asked you several times whether you where sure you wanted them . You had time to inspect them plenty when you purchased it and when you came back a second time.

Also please stop harassing me with all the threatening phone calls and annoying text messages.

I've had countless of buyers be satisfied with what I sold them and you can see the difference in time spent on RFD + feedback.

How in the heck could of have checked the CPU when I bought it from you? Answer that.

You didnt ask me if I wanted to buy it once while we met up.... I said "Lets go into this Subway so I can see that they power on" I did that and that was the end of it. Until I noticed a power adapter was missing, got that back from you, that was the end of it.

I will explain this as best I can, you obviously have a hard time grasping this situation.

Selling an item on RFD means you state the correct specs and what the item comes with etc. You didn't. It DOES NOT MATTER what the manufacturer said. The "Manufacturer" has listed incorrect specs, meaning you are now lying about what you sell. Do you not understand that? It's really not hard.

It is YOUR job to post the correct specs. Once again, you didn't. I as a consumer can only trust what you say, aside from opening the item on the spot and verifying the hardware.

This is open and shut man, give me a refund please.

Do you have brain damage? Because I already stated that the CPU inside of these is NOT an ARM11 it's an ARM6. Do you understand what that means? That means even with your current ad (which you changed). You are STILL lying about what you are selling. Is this REALLY that hard to understand? I shouldn;t think so.
