Scene It - Sports (Board Game)
DS9 just handed me his Xmas list!! Looking for Scene It - Sport edition at best possible price. Its $49.99 @ Sears (but item not available ... sold out!) and also at Toys R Us (which IS available) ... wish he would have told me last week & I could have ordered with the $15 savings!! But now, with shipping & taxes, its over $60!! DH could pickup from the store to save the shipping.
I want to check Wal-Mart, Costco, Zellers first to see if cheaper (if they even have it!). Any other suggestions or has anyone seen it anywhere at a better price or with coupons, etc? Will need to move pretty fast to get it in time for Xmas!!

Board games are 25% off at Sears until the 24th. Try calling around.

Thanks ... tried ordering it from the Sears catalogue but "item not available" ... would you expect anything more a week before Xmas?? Kids!!!
Is that in a flyer somewhere? Maybe I could get someone to pricematch (if I find it first!).

Yes, its in their current flyer..the Green one. Unfortunately its not very specific..it just goes "Save 25% on all Reg-Priced Board games"

I don't have a hardcopy of the flyer but viewed it on flyermall.com. Couldn't find any reference to the board games (maybe I'm just missing it?). Do you have a page # you could reference? I called the sears catalogue 800 #. Its not available on line (sold out) & she checked the flyers for me & says the 10-25%off Board Games starts Boxing day & runs to Jan. 1?? In the meantime, I placed an online order with Toys R Us, just in case I can't find it anywhere else (but they haven't confirmed availablity yet!) ... $63.XX is just too much for a board game!!

I just visited the flyermall.com website, and flyermall seems to be missing some pages. It is definitely in there on a page with a blue background. "Save 25% All Reg.Priced Board games reg 4.99 - 49.99." Scene It Sports was regularly $49.99 if i remember right, so it would be on sale for $37.49. The catalouge is totally a totally different system, as this special is only applicable to B&M full line sears stores. So just visit your local retail sears store (not catalog outlet) and grab their flyer.

Thank you "Sears_sucks"!!! I called Promenade this morning. They didn't have it ... then good thing I asked her about the 25% because while she was checking (what the staff don't kinow about this either!!), she found out they just got a shipment of the Sports Edition but only 4 or 5 of them!! DH is on his way to pick it up now & I had time to cancel our Toys 'R us order. Saved almost $20 + shipping!! Thanks again!!

I saw Scene it on sale at Wal-mart for $39.99, Future shop sells it for $49.99, bring in a Walmart Flyer ad or have them call and get them to PM.
49.99-PM + 10% = 38.99 + tax
hope it helps.
DH already picked it up but your info helps ... we could still price match somewhere if we find it cheaper or just buy & return the Sears one after Xmas. At this point, I'm just happy to have one in our hands for Xmas but cheaper would definitely be nice! We ended up paying $37.49 + Tax. But I'll check RCSS when I'm there later this week. Scene It is available everywhere but its the "Sports" edition that's hard to find. Thanks for the info.
