Nice! I hope you aren't keeping those bottles stored on their site like that and just for the photos

They were in the box for our move. They are now in my display cabinet in the dining room .. all standing vertical in their own box.

Happy Robbie Burns Day... What are you all enjoying this evening? My pour is Ardmore 25yo:

I've got a pretty good friend who's seen me at my worst.
He don't care if I'm a blessing or a curse,
But he always shows up when the chips are down.
That's the kind of friend I like to be around.

Laphroaig Quarter Cask is $4.00 off at LCBO and currently at $70.95 which is a decent price.

That promotion is almost over after 4 weeks (Jan 31st I think), I got 2 just because I haven't had it in a while. I checked my Friends of Laphroaig account to see when the last time I added points and it was 2015 since I lost out on the last 2 Cairdeas releases.

Has anyone seen the premium lineup of what Wisers is releasing in September?

Lot 40 12 year Cask strength 53.1%
Pike Creek 21 year single malts Cask finish 45%
Gooderham & Worts 17 Little Trinity 3 grain blend 45%
J.P. Wisers 35 year 50%

I hear this has the potential to be legendary. A friend of mine was able to get an early sample of this one through "connections" and it's reportedly very promising. I'm definitely going to picking up the Lot40 CS.

Would someone have a link to this juice?

A Link? Not sure what you mean. For regular folks like us, we should buy regular Lot40 or wait until the Lot40 CS comes out.
There are various whisky societies where enthusiasts try to develop connections with manufacturers, and sometimes people are able to get early samples and such.

IMO Lot40 is amazing value for the money and it's one of my favourite whiskys overall.

Not sure if that exists yet. My info comes indirectly through someone who has developed industry connections.

There is no press. If you go to an event where the Wisers ambassador is present, he will likely have it for sampling. They probably won't have a press release until it is bottled for retail sales.

I Love lot40. I got turned onto it by an Article in Men's Health a few months ago. The article was titled 50 of the best Whiskeys in the world....Something like that anyways but it is a great value like @Jucius Maximus above mentioned. Definitely worth a buy and sip.

slightly off-topic, but has anyone tried Mazzetti d'Altavilla 12-Year-Old Brandy? Friend of mine has a bottle and it has me curious on what other people think of it.

edit: bought a bottle. very nice packaging. the brandy itself smells really weird and tastes odd. i'm sticking with french next time.

Also slightly off topic, but for those cocktail drinkers here Giffard Creme De Violette is now at the LCBO. You can now buy all the ingredients to make an Aviation.
