SD Question- Ultra vs. Standard

Future Shop currently has a SanDisk SDHC Card with reader for $69.99.

I need to buy a memory card for my NIkon D40. Will I see a significant difference in performance between the two? Not sure which to buy.

Only if you do continuous shooting that overruns the onboard buffer, and when transferring from card to PC.
