lol. I had a perm once, my dad made me do it, when I was like ~10ish. Looked super dorky.

Lots of asians dye their hair blonde. I dunno if its 80s, 90s, or whatever but I'm putting blonde highlights all over everywhere, mostly on the top layers though. People tell me it looks good. I had deep red highlights prior and you can still see some of it, and mixed with blonde, gives out that orangish hue. Came out alright. But going back for some real blonde look

As a lady who lived in the 80's, I can tell you a half-grown out perm is he11 to deal with... It is very hard to live with. I wouldn't try it again.
