most of the past group leaders will no doubt try anf form their last group, then open up available spots to others

People need to be careful of just jumping on anyone saying they are starting a group as there have been (not many) some problems in the past. You are trusting the leader to not screw it up, and not run with all the points, both of which have happened. Best to go with someone whos been involved with this before, and been around rfd lots.

lots of time to get in a group. WIth the holiday many may be slower to respond then in the past.

See status for your group below. I am working on identifying any problems and will transfer the points as soon as possible.

If you expected to shop but something came up and you could not, please let me know out of courtesy for everyone.

Points are to be awarded by Jan. 20 by SDM. I will transfer the points as quickly as possible after I receive them. However, I ask that everyone be patient as I will be out of town at that time. I will do my best to transfer them while I am away but if not I will do it on the 22nd.

As usual, will split the referral points equally among all group members who shop. So you get 5,000 points for shopping (awarded directly to you by SDM) plus 4545 points (50,000 referral points / 11 group members) = 9545 points assuming everyone shops and spends the minimum $20 before taxes on eligible items at SDM on Jan.11-13. The additional points will be awarded by SDM by January 20.


A few people have asked about my optimum number for donations. I am in no way expecting donations but it is appreciated. And as per Dash's idea, all points donated will go to the Haiti Relief Fund. Or just donate to this directly yourself.
