How long on average does it take for the 5k to be added to card?

Shoppers site said to check bac on Jan 20th.
However, I just checked my account and bonus points have shown up.

3 ppls shopped on my card so that is 15K Promotion Bonus Points.

As a group leader, if all 10 people in a group shopped should we be seeing 55K promo points?

I'm trying to figure out if our personal 5K bonus is included in that number....

I received 55000 bonus points in total; the maximum possible.

since you're short 5000, it means that one of your members did not shop or messed up somehow. the 50,000 you see includes your own 5000 bonus points.

I ran two groups - one card received 55k PROMO points, other card received 50k PROMO points. From this, I would say that group leaders personal 5K points for shopping should show up at the same time as the referral points. So if you're missing 5000 points, then someone didn't shop, or somehow managed to mess it up.

On that note, my group 2 had 100% participation, your points have been transferred. Group 1, I am still waiting on 2 receipts to confirm your participation - I want to see the date of receipt, the amount (pre-tax), and the last 3 digits of the Optimum # printed on the receipt to confirm with the Optimum # you previously submitted to me. As soon as I receive final verification, group 1 points will be transferred.
