I suggest that this thread be used to help those still trying to sort out their groups and figure what the issues are.
Let's leave the unnecessary comments out of it. I'd rather not have the thread locked before everyone can get the points.
If you have a group leader who has not given you the points, then feel free to let people know. We need to know who we should be wary of for the next event. At the same time, if a group leader is still communicating an issue, let's get it posted here so we can help.

Alright, I am a reasonable person. Lets take it to the jury and see what they have to say about this.
Post your receipt and we'll go down the list.

Everyone should calm down.

Howwon: Let's focus on finding a resolution.
- When you log into your SDM Optimum account, how many PROMOTIONAL BONUS POINTS were received.
- How did you verify whether your group members shopped (if you only asked for a copy of their scanned receipt - this might not be sufficient)
- Can you ask each member of your group to log into their own SDM Optimum account and verify that they have a line that reads PROMOTIONAL BONUS POINTS with a value that is 5,000 or greater. This is the only 100% assurance that a member had shopped AND met the event requirements.
- Set a deadline for responses (24-48 hours is reasonable)
BTW: Beachlover had confirmed to you that he received 10,000 PROMOTIONAL BONUS POINTS which verifies that he shopped and qualified.

Since it has been 10 days after the bonus points deposited by SDM, the member's page may not have the bonus points info anymore but it should showed up on their first shopping receipt that they have bonus points.
Agreed. If Beachlover has over 5000+ bonus points, he definitely shopped and qualified.

I just sent everyone in my group an e-mail, requesting that they send me a copy of their SDM e-mail results. The same message will also be sent vis PM on RFD as well, in case anyone does not check their e-mails on a regular basis.

That's right. Everybody should still be able to go to the original event page at
https://www.shoppersoptimum.ca/point...ry2010__en_SDM and log in. From there it will tell them how many points they received.
I always use the points balance page as my proof, but as emmafb mentioned, people may have shopped since then so it would no longer show up on that page, but on the first receipt after shopping.
If someone did not receive any points then you did not receive any referral points for them. A person may not have received points if they didn't shop, didn't shop properly or did shop but there was a SDM glitch.
If a person did shop but did not get the points, then that person should let you know. They should (after communicating with you) call SDM to find out why they did not get any points and if SDM agrees that they did shop properly and awards them the points, they should also tell SDM that the person who referred them should also get the referral points (depending on the CSR, they will either give the points to the referrer or expect the referrer to call in, if they expect the referrer to call in, be sure to tell the CSR to leave a note on the account).

Here's the problem
And had Howwon taken my advice when I offered, twice, we wouldn't be in this pickle.
Here's what I think has happened.....One of the group members accidentally registered either through one of the general emails Shoppers sent out on Dec 29th and Jan 10th, or with some other group leaders email that was sent to them. Then not only would they have a proper looking receipt, they would also have a proper confirmation email from Shoppers, etc.
So the only way this can be resolved is for one of the group members owning up to accidentally signing up wrong, or Howwon making that phone call to Shoppers to hopefully get the list of registered "friends". I can show my registration was 1/2 hour after Howwon sent the Shoppers registration email.....and how I emailed Howwon immediately, so that they could verify number of "friends' registered at that moment in time.If anyone knows another way, please comment.

Let's focus on finding a resolution instead of dwelling on past miscommunications. When Howwon logs in to his/her SDM event page, the number of registered members would be indicated. If one of your group members had registered with someone else's referral link, then the number of registered members would only be 9.
The likely scenario here is either someone in your group did not make a qualifying purchase (unlikely) or there is an SDM glitch with one of your member's Optimum accounts (most likely). Either way, there is still some work ahead for Howwon, so I would suggest everyone be patient (assuming Howwon is actively communicating with you his/her progress).
To Howwon: You did not answer my first question - When you log into your SDM Optimum account, how many PROMOTIONAL BONUS POINTS were received.

To all members of Team HHH
One of the members in our group did not receive their 5,000 bonus points but have since had the problem corrected. It was an error on SDM end. I am currently in communication with SDM and I hope to be able transfer 4545 points to everyone's account asap, hopefully tonight.
Thanks to everyone for their patience.
