SDM - Simply Food raspberry vinaigrette 475 mL bottle $0.29
The only catch is the expiry date on these bottles is December 30, 2012. It's funny the price is good until March 21, 2013. These bottles were found at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 1780 West Broadway in Vancouver, BC.

That label says to me "Come shop at SDM, where we're willing to sell salad dressing almost 3 months beyond its best before date"

Newbie
best before? or really expirey?
and i am sure one person whom understands difference between expiry and best before will buy them all and uses them for the next 2 years, being basically pickling juice
cause if it expired december 30th, even if just the best before. they're being thrown out today as most stores would do by the SELL by date alone

I doubt it would taste any different due to all the preservatives they use in dressing.
Anyone find this in Toronto SDM?

I bet it's only at that one store at West Broadway in BC. Should update title in OP.

That's usually only the bottled stuff.
Homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette is pretty good.

They won't sell stuff past the expiry date, even at a discount, even if you ask a manager. That being said, 2/3 times I go, I have to point out to a stock person that I've seen something past expiry on the shelf. I think that is more incompetence than intentional. Versus a grocery store where I've had to do that maybe 1-2 times in 5 years.

Thats nothing, i was shopping for cough med yesterday and Kingsgate mall had a bottle that expired June 2012 mixed in with a bunch of 2014. Ended up going to other store since the one (day/nightquil, on sale @ 6.99 - $3 coupon + 2800 points per 2 bottles and since both me and my gf were sick, i was planning on getting 2 of each) i wanted was OOS. Found a store with them and bought CoD: Vita + eggs to get to $50 (pre-coupon price) lol.
