Searching for cheapest times to fly...

This might be a tall order but are there any Canadian based sites which will display the cheapest time to go to a selected destination. particularily because time of the year is not a huge concern for me to travel, rather the cheapest time to go would be a bigger consideration.

For example, instead of declaring the specific date you wish to travel and return, if you can seach a destination and it will show you that October the 15th is the cheapest time to go there, and November 15th is the cheapest time to return if you wish to spend a month, so on and so forth.

I think you'll have to sign up for an account, but its an awesome search tool for the cheapest flights.

Prices are quoted in USD$, but usually you can replicate the same pricing by going to an equivilant Canadian website, or booking directly at the airline's website paying in Canadian dollars.
