[Sears] Sears 27" Craftsman Snowblower 50% off $799

Hi Everyone,

I'm not looking forward for Winter, and I saw this great deal at Sears. $799 for a snow blower, looks like a good deal since we are in the middle of summer. Sounds like a hot deal.

- 27 Craftsman Briggs & Stratton Engine
- 14.5 ft lbs of torque

I have an earlier version of this snowblower, purchased in late 2009, and I'm very happy with the B&S engine. I've never had to use the electric start. The construction could be a little more heavy duty, but I see no reason why I shouldn't get another 10 years use out of it, and my driveway is fairly large.

I usually put a 2x4 under it, so only the wheels are touching pavement, and I spray it down with WD40 in the spring.

Yard Machines 31AH65FH700 357cc Gas 30-in Two Stage Snow Thrower

The regular price of this was $1499 + tax and and was I was foolish to buy it when it was on sale for $999 + tax last year. I have never used it because it was too big for my house. I put it for sale on kijjiji but the best offer that I got was only $800 (a loss of $330 even after buying it on sale) so I did not sell it. I still have it brand new and I don't know what to do with it. I have to hope for a HUGE snow storm next winter to sell :)

My advice to you is don't buy just because it is going on sale and you're getting a very good deal on it.

851$ tax and shipping included for a better blower than you paid $999 for is a fantastic deal -- Briggs and straton engine has never let me down -- sears is great for replacement parts

Thank you Gurren for the code, bought one at $749.00 + shipping & tax + e-Levy ($11.68, anyone knows what that is?), total comes to $865.15. It's a great deal for a quality product.

Be aware. 27" is pretty big. Make sure you have a spot to put it. If you have the cars parked in the garage, you might not be able to get it out to the driveway. I have a double garage with 2 single doors. I have to park my cars close to the wall in-order get bring out the 24" Snowblower. I live in the suburbs and I still find dual stages 24" an overkill. This is a good deal, I bought my 24' Craftman dual stages that can turn for more than this price.

It's a good deal but not price error good.

I would never consider it at this price and time of the year but thanks for posting OP.
