Sears Shopping Shuffle Contest (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on September 20, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 30, 2012 (the "Contest Period"). All entries, regardless of the method of entry, must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 30, 2012. (“Contest Closing Date”).


1. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, entrants must visit www.searsshoppingshuffle.com (the “site”), complete an entry form, including their full name (first and last), email address, date of birth and postal code, accept the Rules and Regulations and click “Submit”. Each eligible entrant will obtain one (1) entry into the Contest Draw for the Grand Prize and First Prizes, (Secondary Prize(s) and Grand Prize collectively referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”). Eligible Entrants may obtain additional entries into the Contest as follows:


1. Opting-in to receive e-mails from Sears: Opting to receive e-mails from Sears will earn you twenty five (25) CONTEST entries;


2. Play Game: An online game called Sears Shopping Shuffle (the “Game”) will be available on supported internet browsers. To play the Game, click the “Play Now” link on the Website. You will receive one (1) Entry for every one (1) game of Sears Shopping Shuffle you play during the CONTEST Period up to a maximum of one hundred (100) entries. To play Sears Shopping Shuffle click the “Play Now” button on the Site. Use the “Previous” or “Next” buttons to click through the instructions or click “Play Now” to go directly to the game. The object of the Game is to clear all the shopping bags from the board by making matches of three or more like-colored pieces either vertically or horizontally. If you clear all the shopping bag pieces on a level before time runs out you pass the level. You lose the level if you run out of time. For the purposes of awarding Entries, you will be credited as having played one (1) Game each time you either (i) complete the entire game by beating all levels or (ii) lose the game. Entries that can be earned for playing the game are limited to a maximum of one hundred (100) Entries per registered user during the Promotion Period.

3. Like Us: Follow the on-screen instructions to “like” Sears Canada on Facebook®. You will receive twenty five (25) entries in the random prize draw when you “like” the Sears Canada page on Facebook.

4. Share: You can earn up to a maximum of twenty five (25) additional Contest entries as a result of persons registering in accordance with the three (3) methods outlined below: Entries that can be earned for sharing are limited to a maximum of twenty five (25) Entries per registered user during the Contest Period regardless of the method of entry.

1. Invite a Friend Email: To invite friends via e-mail, click on the “Invite Share” link and enter the unique name(s) and unique e-mail address(es) of up to two (2) unique friends at a time. Each friend will be sent an e-mail fromSears Canada (the “Sponsor”) containing a link to the Site, which e-mail will identify you as having recommended that the e-mail be sent. You may only invite persons from whom you have received permission to provide their e-mail address to Sponsor and by whom e-mail from you or Sponsor would not be considered spam.

2. Personal Link or Banner: To retrieve your personal web link, click on the “Share” link and locate the personal web link or personal banner on this page. You may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards and personal web pages or in emails. The distribution of your personal web link is at your discretion, subject to the following: Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel and void any personal web link (and all associated earned Contest entries) which they deem, in their sole discretion, to be used or associated with content which is deemed inappropriate. Without limiting the foregoing, such content includes all forms of pornography, inappropriate language and content that incites hate, is demeaning, depreciates the value of the Sponsors name(s), brand(s), products or trade-marks, or incites discrimination of any and all forms.

3. Facebook®/Twitter Posts: You can post a message to your Facebook® wall or Tweet a message which includes your personal link.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook®. You are providing your information to Sears Canada Inc. and not to Facebook®. Facebook® is completely released of all liability from each entrant in this contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest must be directed to Sears Canada Inc. and not Facebook®. The information you provide will only be used for contest administration.

Limit one hundred and seventy (176) entries per person, per email address during the Contest Period, based on initial submission plus additional modes of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s plays and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this Sweepstakes.

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside at the time of entry (excluding Quebec).

According to the rules, it doesn't really matter. It says if you win or lose, you still get the point. The only time it won't count is if you leave it during play. I just hit play and walked away, came back and hit play again. I reached the full 100 games in one day.
