Can anybody confirm what make/model that dvd recorder is on the front page of the Zellers flyer? It mentions that the camera is Vivitar but gives no brand for the dvd recorder or the portable dvd player.

I hate Zellers' misleading pricing. Many of the flyer items show a great price in large text, but when you read the small print, you realize that the actual price is $20 more & not worth buying at all!

Does anybody have a copy yet of the Shoppers Drug Mart, Sears, The Bay or Toys R Us flyers to save this horrible Boxing Day?

One thing that did get my attention was the 20% off electronics including dvd players. I know that Zellers used to sell the Phillips DVP642. Do they still? If so, what's the price on it and is it worth it to buy it now? At bare minimum I suppose I could claim price protection by showing them the Leon's flyer...

Was wondering that as well...they had the Pioneer on sale a few weeks ago but it was for $299.
