No, that is against ebay rules. The last guy that sold ebay GCs here was a fraud. My GCs from him are held and locked by paypal.

Yup - it was LudeBoy. If you used it as soon as you got it, you were safe. I bought mine but let it sit for a while since I went on vacation.
