My only experience with selloff was fine. I think most online vacation package seller/reseller all operate the same. Buy it online and pick up your tickets at the airport.

The savings from the company stand point is less customer service. And for the customer less customer/expert service and more research on our part.

You will be suprised how much travel agents know when it comes to holiday packages/resorts/hotel and so on. They know which resorts are undergoing renovations, change of management, food and all that details you won't find online.
