Sephora anti-shine primer

Bought Sephora brand anti-shine primer at Fairview Mall, Toronto last weekend. It is regular $17 but it scanned for $7. No sign that it was on sale. It comes in a 30 ml dark tube not like the pump as shown on the website so maybe they are clearing out the old packaging.
