Hi all,
I am totally new to VOIP world. I recently bought SPA3000 and account from Freephoneline. After I did some research and settings I can use my Freephoneline to make outbound calls, but for all incoming calls it only rings once and switches to voice mail.
I have enabled NAT Keep-alive, register expiration value to 60 in both Line 1 and PSTN. I also opened the port 5060 and 5061 (both TCP and UDP) on my router. I don't know whatelse I can set.
Is there any users who owns a SPA3000 and also uses Freephoneline can share the experience what did I miss?
Thanks

Thanks, it is a scan or user's quick guide. I followed it initially, but incoming call does not work.

Spa3000
The SPA3000 is only useful if you have a landline and want to bridge it with FreePhoneLine. It is also ideal to use the ATA for point to point calls
I digress. Back to the real problem
Login to your FreePhoneLine web portal and ensure that forwarding is disabled. I am pretty sure that is the culprit
It is probably set to one ring.
