You don't have the latest firmware. Try factory resetting your TV, set it to USA, and then connect via wifi. Disconnect ethernet. If that doesn't work you might have to call Hisense Canada.

When I first set up the TV, I chose USA as my region, set up the wifi, and then shortly thereafter I got two firmware upgrades, one right after the other.

One of you guys really needs to call Hisense. I'm actually quite shocked that it's been over a week now with several of you affected by this and no one has taken the time to call Hisense and report back here with what they said.

The settings should all stick. Try unplugging the tv for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Mine was glitching out after I installed the firmware updates but that fixed it for me. It's been great ever since. What settings are you changing?

The picture mode, I changed it to Theater will be backed to Standard when I turn it off and on again.

I'm pretty sure mine doesn't do that. Do you have the newest HDR enabled firmware? Perhaps it's a bug in the early firmware that they have now fixed in the latest version.

No, mine couldn't get upgraded. I will contact them later.SickBeast wrote: ↑Jun 4th, 2017 6:22 pmI'm pretty sure mine doesn't do that. Do you have the newest HDR enabled firmware? Perhaps it's a bug in the early firmware that they have now fixed in the latest version.
