Same here. In the past 2 months when the link was working it wasn't even reporting my used bandwidth - it was always 0.

Shaw Modem Usage
To check my internet usage with Shaw, I could goto http://secure.shaw.ca and click the 'Modem Usage' link, but the link has now disappeared. Is there anybody out there who could give it a try and see if they have the link?

Just a followup on this: I just got a call from Shaw saying that I'm about to go over my limit - but they made it sound like I was over my limit. I told them the link for bandwidth usage wasn't working - they were claiming it was working since mid-july - clearly it wasn't.
Link is working now though. Sheesh!
