Would rather they double their upload or even 50% increase.

You can downgrade from 300 to 150 and get 300 speed. Yes! Haha

For once existing customers get the deal. Unlike when they increased 1 Tbyte/month to Unlimited.

People on 150 using the Hitron modem, would we have to upgrade modems to get 300?

So what kind of current Shaw deals are out there for 150? I assume if you get this now, it will go up to 300 once this offer rolls out.

600 Mbps, not MBps. That would be shocking indeed ;)

Theoretically the dl max would be 75 MBps

Good info! I just renewed on black friday on their 150. Although I wonder whether my modem would need to be upgraded, it's from over 2 1/2 years ago.

I have been getting worse speeds since upgrading to 300 from 150. I get around 100 Mbps now over WiFi and lan. I think its the new advanced modem. So now I'll be getting 200 Mbps instead of 600 Mbps which is still less than the 300 Mbps I paid for

I never use the Shaw router. Always have them disable it and use my own router with Tomato and then another one to handle AC WiFi.

Glad I stayed with 150 when I renewed my contract last week. Well done Shaw!!!!
