Isn't that expensive? I heard they charge about 50 bucks per luggage

Not that I have done this recently, but doesn't air canada have a cargo service? In terms of weight, how much are you looking to ship?

One-way truck rental is probably cheapest to ship everything. At the end of the day you might want to sell and re-purchase big items...

I looked into this already, its pretty much the same price for shipping canada post vs taking it on the jet

i believe the over weight price is about $50 for an airline, vs canada post shipping for a similarly weighted package, which is also about $50

I was told by a family member that sending the stuff on the bus is the cheapest way they found.

Well I am moving to vancouver so I have about 4 luggages of stuff that I want to ship to vancouver. I think it gets much more expensive when I use airplane to send my stuff (whether it is air canada cargo or canadapost) I was more thinking in the line of sending it to vancouver with a truck company or a train that charges much less. But! I dont know if there exists such a company at all.
