Classic is a decent price at $399 as is the Passport at $475.

Too bad the newer gray one is not $475.

I knew the Priv would not see a sale.

Thoughts on when the Classic could go into the $200-$250 range?

Might be awhile (6-18 months maybe?) since this phone at $400 is a sweet spot for it's target market (businesses) and that's most likely $0 on contract. Maybe you'll be able to find it for that price sooner via a BB employee?

I could see the price going down to $400 as a regular price soon.

Let see how many PRIV they've sold...
Im honestly extremely curious with the #...

Last time I checked, their market share has shrink to 0.3%...
Out of stock? Any product can be out of stock if they only make a few of them...

I'm not trying to bash on them... But they aint doing themselves any good by not promoting their newest product and trying to get people's hands on them...

"BLACK FRIDAY SALE - PRIV FULL PRICE", yehh thats not really gunna get people excited...

It doesn't matter how many they made or sold etc. Basic economics 101 - if you don't HAVE any for sale RIGHT now and you are out of stock, why bother reducing them? It ain't rocket science. Next you'll be asking for reductions on the Surface 4, Surface Book, and anything else that got released lately and is in short supply.

It's too bad their market share is so low; I prefer BlackBerry 10 OS over all the others right now.

I would love if a BB employee could help me get my hands on a Classic.

I would suggest waiting til the New Year to buy these. All signs are pointing towards BB discontinuing BB10 OS and moving to Android. When that happens, most of these phones will plummet in value. Wait for the fire sale, as BB is on its way out of the phone business.

And I'm a BB10 user who uses a Blackberry Q5 every day. Reality is reality.

The Priv is Blackberry desperately trying to grasp at anything to stay relevant in the mobile business. It's not working.

I can help you get a Classic but not for the $200-$299 price you mentioned. :(
