[Shop.ca] $475 for $500 in Esso Gas Cards - Stack with 24% cash back(YMMV)

Not a bad deal for 5% off gas. Some have reported being able to stack with GCrebates 24% cash back. YMMV but worth a try.

Use promo code ESSO25 at checkout to save $25

I don't believe you can use the 24% cash back.

There were a few people who manage to pull this off last year, but they wised up to it back then.

Yes, I agree that the 24% is YMMV but the 5% off using code ESSO25 is guaranteed. You need to buy gas anyways so 5% off is a bonus I'd say.

it says 1 per customer, but I bought 2 last month in 2 different transactions. $475 at the beginning of the month, then I bought another set for $450 when they further reduced the price.

I bought 2 of these in November when they went for 450. Still have not received them, starting to get worried considering its $1k in cards.

Yes, you can buy it again since it's considered a different promo. I checked with a shop.ca agent.

Esso is known for cheap unfiltered gas that depletes faster than usual. Petro and Shell are a way better alternative for God-tier gas.

Do you have any proof to this claim? Or is it just your opinion?

PS : I didn't know that God fills up at Petro and Shell - guess I should switch

It's my anecdotal evidence after filling up for many years but many people share my sentiment on Yahoo Answers as well. I'm just giving you my .02cents.
