There are two of these at Shoppers Drug Mart, 351 Cornwall Rd, Oakville, ON L6J 7Z5.

There was no sign, but price was $499 on a 20x point Saturday. I'm assuming sign in OP of $150 in pts is just the 20x? Because I dont think they are giving away $150 x2 for a $200 60". I think net cost is $350.. technically $367 + tax after you consider $150k pts as cash equivalent.

Again, if the TV is defective, no returns and RCA customer service is poor.

Price is good but the tv is garbage.

I bought a 55'' RCA from Shoppers and it died after 1 month. Took it back to shoppers and they said no returns or exchanges. Contacted RCA which is really Curtis electronics and after a couple weeks they told me to drop the tv off at a Burnaby electronics repair shop. Then for months I kept calling the shop and they kept saying they havn't heard back from RCA. 6 months later I was told to pick up my tv and RCA had replaced my tv with a Refurbished TV which appeared to just be a return. Different model also. I assume RCA waited until there was a comparable return and replaced my tv than pay for repairs. So buying a RCA tv or buying a tv from shoppers are both bad ideas.

Golden rule: never buy a television from a drug store.
Also, never buy drugs from an electronics store. Face With Tears Of Joy

Both may have side deals available, but best to stick to what they know.

Well considering shoppers has deals om switches from time to time id say that statement is just wrong.

I use the 32" version of this TV for my toddler to watch Paw Patrol. The TV is pretty awful. Basically everything about it is sub-par.

If you are looking for a 65" that is a great value. I paid 599 at Costco. Thinking of returning but won't fit in my vehicle.

IMHO, you should start a new thread on this if there isn't one already. That's an amazing price.

edit: I also think it's a price mistake, so buy now before it's changed. The same TV scratch and dent is 599 (still a great price)

Done. For TV bros. Too bad I’ve got 6 million TVs already or I’d try it out. Cheers!

Keep in mind the SDM official policy that electronics cannot be returned after the box is opened for any reason, including missing pieces or DOA. It's between you and the manufacturer's warranty as far as they are concerned. While individual stores might grant some leeway, best get it written on the receipt that it's returnable in case of defect out of the box.
