I dont understand... is he selling the plan as a Rogers employee or wants someone to take over his plan?

If he is a Rogers dealer, then why does he charge a start up fee? The plans he is selling don't look familiar to what I have seen on ads or discussed in forums. I would approach with huge suspicion and 10 foot ugly stick in hand.

So what's the BS is the seller trying to sell?

I'm not interested as I'm with Bell but just curious. What's the catch?

The ad doesn't mention any other fees. If he is not being transparent then I would stay away

If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is.

His other ads mention a $375 fee non negotiable. Likely activating plans unethically and making commission off of it. It's say it is legit but if some other employee at Rogers gets suspicious it can be cancelled.

I'm guessing he works at a reseller that provides corp plans to various companies and he is willing to sell access to them.

A $375 fee and he specifically had to stipulate that's it's legit?? Run for the hills.

This is no different than a phone being sold on Kijiji. Either pony up the money for what's avail on the open market, or don't get a phone, because you can't afford it.

I really don't want to judge a book by its cover. OP has all of a couple of posts. These posts may be used to shill his own kijiji posts.

True enough, but I don't think OP is the kijiji poster as mentioning scam probably isn't the best way to promote something. I'd avoid if he is asking $375 start up fee. If there are no fees, then nothing really to lose and its worth a shot.
