Need help with FireFTP program

Hi,

I'm looking for help using FireFTP and Volusion, Everything worked perfect two weeks ago. Firefox did updates and now It won't fully connect  .

Calling the wonderful Volusion tech support they only use Filezilla which worked but has a Garbage interface :( . I Don't even understand how to transfer pictures now and get my url code.

I'm not sure what info to provide for help from you guys??

They turned my normal username: into a fstp and are using a crazy 2222 port now.

I don't have much knowledge on FTP programs on moving forward, but Filezilla is awful from this.

Thanks in advance for help ;)

With filezilla

1) connect to the web server
-- host - website URL
-- username
-- password

2) Click folder called htdocs on the right

3) You drag and drop files from the LEFT (your computer) to the right (server)

+1 for FileZilla... Easiest to use for ftp needs.

I like it. Just remember Filezilla passwords are saved as plain text which is obviously security risk. Use Keepass, 1password etc to store the ftp login information not through filezilla.

Or use WinSCP. Better than Filezilla IMHO.
