Hey, I was wondering if anybody would be interested in a group buy for tinting their cars windows. I spoke to John at Auto links in Scarborough and he said if we have a minimum of 10 cars signed up it would be $10 off and for 20 or more it is $20 off. 2 Door Cars from $150-20 = $130
4 Door Cars from $170-20 = $150
Vans/SUV from 220-20 = $200
Wagons from $190-20 = $170
Front Doors Only (vehicles with rear windows tinted) from $70-20 = $50
Tint Removal from $80-20 = $60

* It might cost a bit more if you have a bigger vehicle (suv etc) and if you have a higher end vehicle.

Nice to speak with you and thank you for posting a new GB for us.

Last year the gb came to over 250 vehicles for us! Thanks again Jerowe for organizing that for us last year.

ALso I want to make sure before we get any arguments,
The quoted prices are STARTING prices,
bigger cars, luxury cars, and some vehicles that require "moleskin felt" have additional costs.

i.e.: people with Mazda 5 please don't argue that you have a 4 door car, and ask for the 150 because your vehicle has 11 windows total, where a Chrysler 300 has 5 windows. There is alot more labour involved for the extra windows that is why we charge a little more.

Q: If one needs a hatchback tinted, is the cost going to be as if it were a "wagon"? The car in question does have two small additional windows behind the rear-door-windows, but that's not as many as the 11 talked about on the Mazda5, above.

Also what tint this is for (type and/or brand)?

Finally, given only 20 cars are needed for the gb and last year's gb produced 250 cars (!) of business, shouldn't there be some additional discount when it gets to that many cars above 20? Sorry not trying to be stupid/lowball or anything, I'm just saying it kind of makes sense that there would be perhaps a bit more of a discount after that many cars given it goes up when the # of cars goes from 10 to 20...

Definately... it would be nice to see some extra discounts if we get that many people... even if its at 50, 100, 200 etc

Hey I'm in for the gb.
Just one question for John. I have a 09 vibe and want the fronts done at 35 rear door and rear window at 20 and the small triangle windows at 5
Will this raise the price much due to the different tint levels?

^^ Yes I'd like to know about that too as I want lighter tint up front but darker tints in the back and rear window
