yes, at 19.97 % interest.
So make sure you pay it in full each month.

they used to have 3.97% transfer balance interest for life when apply their mastercard. it seems that they just changed it to 1.97% for 6 months now

Don't get lured by the points. Stick to what you want in a credit card and if the PCF Mastercard satisfies that, then go for it.
It's offers like these that get people into deep debt

so if i transfer in 1000 dollars, i need to pay 19.70 dollars? to get the 25dollar worth of points?

isn't balance transfer the other way around? pcf cc to some other card
