YAY SFU!
Anyone want to buy a Psyc 210, BUS 360, Psyc 365, psyc 260 umm and anything that's psyc related?
I'm a psyc major if that isn't obvious :P, and I'm too lazy to go back to buy back and get ripped off.

Buyback is messed up. I went to check the price of my Econ105 book and they said they are not taking any, even though the D1 class is using the exact book!
Hey kappa do you know about caucus.sfu.ca? You can try to sell your books on there as well.
I'm one of the few actuarial science majors in SFU. Got a question about math/stat/acma/cmpt/bus/econ in SFU? Ask!

I'm CMPT graduate and currently working at another department at SFU.
Buyback sucked. They're the typical example of a "market." When the supply of a particular book is high, their buy-back value approaches to zero. Further, the book store's claim of "not making excessive revenue off students" is L.A.M.E! I can always find brand new books on Amazon that sells at the price of the book store's used one.
Yes, shop Amazon. No line up, no security blocking your way checking your bags. No "sorry the book has not arrived" and it is the third week of class already. It's that easy, Amazon!

Gosh, I'm so glad I don't have to return to this lonely school.
Good luck to all of you though. I say if you can, take classes downtown. The breaks between classes are a little more exciting. And there's always a free computer (=
Don't know what to do with my old textbooks either so if anybody has any ideas, include me!

Weoooooo! SFU!
I'm accepted at SFU for Engineering, but I am still deciding whether I want to go or if I should try and switch to Computer Science.
Argh....decisions

I like to use fetchbook.info to see what other sites and offer me other than good ol' amazon.
I'm going to build a shelf with my old textbooks
I saw this guy on the web made a really cool shelf with hard cover books. Cause that's probably how much they're worth now
Note to blanzcs, if you try to contact a general academic advisor they're really backed up. Try the undergraduate advisor for computing rather than using the registrars information services.

There's an updated 2006 version of Econ 105 that I need to get. I love how they update every year rendering the old texts "useless".

Yea, I'm good friends with him. He bought a textbook of me. This was before he was a mod. But now, don't anybody try and cross me, I have connections.
