Sirius stiletto

I Hadn't used my stiletto to record a song in a while. Went to do it the other day and to my surprise I am no longer able too. Now you just get a prompt asking you how long you want to record for (instead of recording the song) when I press the heart button. Sure I can tell it to record for 5 min or 10 min but how am I supposed to know how long the song is? Plus Its just more buttons I don't need to be screwing with when driving down the road. I emailed support and was told that "that's just the way it is now".
Im really hoping that the reply I got was just an error. Was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue?
Between them killing the music channels I liked and replacing them with things like AMERICAN politics (why even have a CANADIAN sirius then?) charging for things they never used too,and now preventing my $300 radio from doing what I bought it to do, im pretty much fed up with them.

Man, that sucks...I was for a long time thinking of getting the Stiletto and with the current issues going on with Sirius/XM and the general overall negative comments about Sirius portable units, looks like I'll pass.
