Yup there is a fee to post on FM.
Even on POTN there is a new 30/30 rule, must be a member for 30 days with 30 posts to add in the BST forums.
Otherwise, post your gear in the BST here...you "may" get some bites.
You can also try CL, Kijiji, sportsshooter, dgrin
Curious what your gear for sale entails?_______________

Fred Miranda and POTN forums will mean you have to deal at American prices. People, like me
, will see the American prices and at the current exchange rate seeing it's still cheaper then Canadian retail discounted X% and don't brother with you. So if you are ok to list at a rate that's resonable then go for it.
If all else fails you can always try ebay to reach a larger audiance. In my experience ebay you get better prices for the seller because the people looking are sometimes less savvy about how much something should be worth.

I've sold dslr gear multiple times here on RFD. I've gotten what I pretty much what I wanted for my gear.
You just have to realistic on your used prices. What I do is look for the average used price. I also check ebay prices for used gear.
Just curious, what are you selling?_______________
