Registered for GST/HST or not?
If not incorporated and no HST, nothing needs to be done.
Beyond that, you will either have to file an HST return (which is easy, everything is blank if literally nothing done) and/or a corporate income tx return. A corporate return is easy enough in blank, but its not anywhere neear as easily done as personal returns which have many free/cheap software avail

Small Business Tax Question
I set up a small Business last year.
(Well i just registered it, etc)
however i didnt end up doing anything with it..
so no money came in, or went out..
Im not sure about how to do the tax's i would rather not have to pay someone. but i dont know what my steps are..
any help.. or links to help about how to file tax's for a business that didnt do anything at all, please post up..
