So if no one takes over your lease, you will stick with the Bolt and ask for a refund of your Tesla M3 deposit?

I need 2 cars for sure as we are a family of 6. i would ideally get a plug in hybrid 6 seater when they launch. until then i would get a refund of tesla or ride it for an year and then sell it since there will be demand for it. I was hoping to get my money back to sell within an year? what say?

What's the residual value on your Bolt after three years and the battery and drive motor unit are warrantied to eight years? Makes most sense to drive the car into the ground or sell just before the eight years are up. That has been my specialty -- haven't sold a car since moving back to Canada in 03.
4 year lease done will have a price tag for 10K buyout. bat is warranted for 8-9 years (i have to check). I agree , driving it to the ground is my plan or rid of it within decent warranty. Since electric is evolving fast! not know what's next soon.

wow, $10k for 4 year-old Bolt? I might as well shop for a used >200 mile BEV at that price or take over a short-term lease and buy it out.

I've worked with MB Midtown in Toronto when buying my first, and I heard they get their's first.

If you can wait, 2019 Leaf ( and other cars ) will have a new dense, cheaper lithium ion battery from LG that will give 60 kwh and give at least 225 mile range.

I was referring to crash test dummies. Had to look it up. So there was none in the video?

Read the fine print: if you buy you can sell after a year with no Ontario rebate implications.
If you lease and get rid of the car before lease end, you have to pay back the rebate.

He leased four years and rebate entitlement is fully completed over the first three years.

By short term lease i mean a lease term about to draw to a close but thanks for reminding me to make sure of rebate eligibility completion.

That dashes my hopes for a decent Honda BEV offering that isn't limited to 80 miles.
