USPS First Class: Cheapest and the Slowest option. Depending on the location can take as long as 2 weeks to 4 weeks. No tracking Info. Only an option up to 3lbs.

Ah, it's only an option up to 3 pounds. My order was considerably bigger than that. Looks like it is worth it to break down larger orders into smaller chunks?

60$ ****ing dollars upon delivery.
**** UPS.
I don't understand how they get away with this. It was 32$ to ship, so it ended up costing me nearly 100$ to ship a 220$ order. I'm still happy with their customer service though:
[my name],
How about I give you a discount on your next order with us and we send it via another shipping method. I am coming to find out that UPS is really cracking down on this. And it is only them. We have had zero problems with usps. It looks like this is beginning to be an out of control issue with ups. If you will let me know when your ready to place your next order, I will make it up to you and make sure we get you the order without having to pay anything extra.
Thanks
Dennis

Sounds like a good response. Apparently the CEO is really big on customer satisfaction.

Ordered from smartpowders today, didn't have the option of USPS since my order was 3.5lbs (capped at 3lbs).
E-mailed them to ask about the restrictions (was unaware of the 3lbs limit), and they replied saying they would adjust my order, and ship the package via USPS anyway.
Awesome customer service, great prices. Would recommend.

I have ordered from trueprotein before. They have a nice pre and post workout shake. Post carb or something was good for bulking (waxy, creatine, bcaa)
last time i checked trueprotein though, i made an order and the shipping was some ridiculous amount!! I haven't checked back since but it had to have been a glitch
