Because it hasn't yet been approved by FCC

Are we going through THAT discussion again? Other sources have already stated it has nothing to do with FCC, which cares about radio signals and the NES/SNES do not have these.

We come here looking for deals. We use the savings on the things we buy to justify buying more things, thus filling our homes with tons of unnecessary consumer products. Such is the key to happiness.

Every electronic device emits noise. Even if it does not have any or limited, it still has to go through the process with FCC. Not sure why this and Xbox One X do not have a pass. First time I've ever heard of it unless in the past they could pre-sell without the certification in place. New rules?

Not sure really then what the problem here is except one thing ... Nintendo up to their usual cat and mouse games. Like Switch still hard to come by? Give me a break, they should have production up to past demand at this point. And that's why after Wii, I said goodbye to Nintendo.

I placed my order within seconds of receiving the Walmart.com email notification. No idea why it was cancelled. My shipping and billing info all match up too. I'm so disappointed...
