Snow Removal service

Can anyone recommend where I can look for a reputable snow removal service? Or if you know of any you've tried that is near Yonge & Steeles ?

I wish to hire them for my Uncle & Aunt's house.


I know I can look at the Yellow Pages, but there are so many, I have no idea who's good and who's not.

If your relatives are seniors, they might be a gov't program out there for them to utilize!!!

Thanks, I'll check that out.

Although, since I don't mind paying for them, we have a couple of kids to split the cost, its not so bad. Can leave the gov't one for others who cannot afford it.

Anybody know more about the seniors program in the Toronto area?

I am curious to know about this too. My mom lives in the same Steeles/Yonge area and I am looking into snow removal service for her. If there is no seniors program, I don't mind paying if the service is good. The only seniors program that I can think of is the one where the city will come out and clean the sidewalk for free. I need a service that will come plow the whole driveway. i don't think the city does that. Besides they are so slow in doing the streets it wouldl take months before they got to the house!
