Snow shoes for kids?
Anyone knows who sells show shoes for kids? My son is 3 years old and we'd like to go snow shoeing (?) once there is snow again (been raining for days in ottawa). Wife and I bought some from costco last year..

No idea, but just wanted to say I think it's awesome that you're even considering it.
My 2.5 year old hikes with us all the time, and I've considered pulling him in a sled with me on x-country skiis, but snowshoes hasn't even crossed my mind. I bet it'd be real slow going, though.

I'm sure it will be slow but speed isn't really the point. Who walks fast with snow shoes?
It's mostly so that he enjoys it and maybe we can go bird watching as well... Let's hope we get some snow however!
