So who's getting bored of Black Ops?

Looking back, I would say that MW2 was a better game than Blops. Aside from the noob tube and OMA, it was a game that was well balanced IMO.

Can't wait until MW3. I really hope theater mode makes it into the game.

MW2 was the only FPS game I played until summer last year when I got BC2 on sale. I stopped playing Black Ops after like a month. I'm still playing BC2 and would probably still play MW2 if I was able to connect to servers without crappy ping. I'll be getting both MW3 and BF3 at launch but I have a feeling i'll be playing BF3 a lot more than MW3.

Infinity Ward is where it's at. MW1 and MW2 are by far the best multiplayer FPS on consoles. Map balance and weapon customization are great. Blops just didn't do things right even though I still played it for many weeks. Treyarch CoD releases are just filler in the CoD franchise till the next IW release. Since it has the CoD name Activision will still sell 20 million copies regardless of the developer.

I dont play that often .. when i want to relieve some stress i just play .. may be mon wed sat sun .. 11 - 2 .. now i know the maps and the learning curve is less i find it relaxing to play ..

1. Get the new map packs. There's two out already and a third coming out. If you don't want to spend that much money on maps, get some friends with ps3's and do a game share of these maps.

2. It's been debated before and the consensus is that MW2 isn't balanced compared to the other CoD titles. Black Ops really killed the noob tubers and campers so real man up gameplay rests in Black Ops.

HalfLife/Quake/Unreal series FTW! Haha but for real I enjoy those games more just cause I'm more of a pure run and gunner with a powersuit that lets you take more hits. Basically I'm better at accurately hitting a dude for 5secs straight while strafing and jumping around him and I suck at being strategic where if I don't find the other player first and get hit for 1-4shots I'm dead

Treyarch has nothing to do with MW3. Sledgehammer is the developer that is working with Infinity Ward on MW3.

What turns me off entirely is that it's pretty much a console shooter primarily now, particularly 360. Whenever you see them demo the new game they will only use an Xbox controller. Also their "Call of Duty XP" event will only have Xbox versions of the games being played. Don't they remember their roots for Call of Duty were on PC? I don't even know how people can play shooters properly and have fun without a keyboard & mouse? Boggles the mind...

There is only about 2 weapons that I would use for BO and that is the FAMAS and AK47U while in MW2 there were a lot more options. I hate how you can only use shotguns as a primary in BO. Also there are way more camping spots in Black Ops too, its pretty frustrating to play S&D.
