got the same card and instead of losing money and switching to pci-x decided to stay with agp and just gettting 939 board
Something to consider. Otherwise great price!

i didnt like the nforce 3 mobo decided to go with dfi nforce 4 ultra-d. dfi released a new nfroce 3 ultra mobo but seems to be buggy. So thought might as well upgrade now.
