Sorry to burt your bubble here but the same set, same case, same # of chips, same weight on the chips, same foam pad...is advertised at XS Cargo (2nd last page) that I just got in the mail today for $29.99

First of all, you're thread crapping. You could have easily stated this through a PM with me.

Second of all, I've seen the same ad, those are your basic pattern chips, these as you can see from the picture are the High Roller design.

And I can most certainly guarantee those chips are basic 100% plastic, for a set at that price. You get what you pay for.

The set I have is definitely not plastic. I currently own two other sets bought from the same store and can attest to the quality of the chips, as well as having anyone who comes over to play a game of poker at my house comment on the quality, design and feel of the chips. People have always been impressed with the sets I own.

All of our poker chips are either 11.5 or 13.5 grams in weight. The heavier the poker chip the more realistic the gaming experience. Our chips are almost identical to the chips you will find in the finest casinos. While other cheaper chips will do the job of counting how much each player has, real poker chips change the experience so much it is hard to explain. The weight makes them stack perfectly, they are precision balanced, and they all make that classic 'clang' sound when you toss them into the pot! You will not find more beautiful chips anywhere!
