I purchased this card from the seller.

PM'd him with my phone number, he called me, we setup a spot to meet and met up pretty much immediately (sweet, nice and convenient, no time wasting)

Everything went as planned, i get home and immediately install the card. The fan starts makes a horrible noise (vibrating and dying it sounds like) after letting it run for about 2 minutes, i turn the computer off. Now the fan does not power on at all what so ever. (I Figure no biggie, seller told me to call him if i have any problems) I call him about ONE (1) hour later, he picks up and hangs up. I call back and he is using the ignore function of his phone now, eventually he just starts to let it ring.

I send him a pm, and go to bed with a bad feeling in my stomach, my pm to him just states the problem, what he would like to do about the problem and to please call me.

As of now he has read 2 pm's from me asking him to call me to solve this matter, i have received no call.

If i call from a new / blocked number he will answer and then hang up, and proceed to the usual ignore / letting it ring.

Just posting this up as a beware to other people around, and maybe someone can help direct me towards this person.

I am not angry at all with the seller, i just won't stand for being ripped off / ignored.

I will be HAPPY to completely edit / remove this bad reply once the seller contacts me and we can find a resolution to this problem. Negative heatware / more posts will follow.

P.S - Your going to have to change your phone number if you choose to not resolve this.

i have not been picking up your calls because your just goign to make me mad. what your telling me dosnt make sense. but am i not responding to all yours pms? you can post this if we cant work something out.

I found SUPERMAN-01 rather flakey too. Not a complete rip-off artist, but I dont think I would trade with him again.

My personal feeling, and should be taken as such.

superman, please just give me a call. I have no desire to argue / fight with you. I just want to figure out whats wrong here. It's hard to explain things through pm's properly.

I only have one computer to try this on. Maybe superman has one we can try it on? Please just be honourable is all i ask, i called you, showed up, paid your asking price without even trying to lowball you out of respect. Please give me a call so we can resolve this.

Superman has been responding to pm's, although we will exchange a few and then he will just go offline. So as of right now, i have NO idea where i stand, and he will not answer his phone calls or call me. The reason i want to talk to you on the phone is so i don't need to wait 4 days to find out whats going to happen here. There was no problem talking to me when you were collecting my money

Also your saying you don't want to talk on the phone because your going to get angry, why would you have been angry last night when i called you and you answered and hung up on me? I hadn't even pm'd you then to let you know there was a problem.

Responded just like I thought you would... Like a spoiled 9 Year Old. You are the definition of a terrible trader. You wont even replace a $25 dollar cooler. That definately instills confidence in your buyers.

And about our trade, you proved my point. One screw-up can happen, but everytime you havew another thread about some calling you a douche adds up.

You backtraked and whined like a school girl and I was the one that got ripped off. And talk about a lame story.. don't get me started.

Arrange to meet the guy, get your video card back and refund his money. The fan on the video card appears to be dying if it's not dead already. You and I both know that it is a progressive thing -- meaning it was dying before you sold the card.

You were probably hoping it would at least last another month so you would be off the hook. It didn't, you're not, so it's time to pay up.

Superman-01, not one post would have been made here if you answered my phone calls plain and simple. How do you think it looks from my perspective?

You sell me a video card and say i can call you if i have any problems. There is a problem 1 hour later, i call you, get hung up on, ignored. (thats fine, maybe u were out and weren't able to answer the phone) Then you read my PM, give me a response about it was working when you sold it, and basically too bad?

So i call you again, same thing you hang up on me and ignore the calls. What am i supposed to think here? You act very shadily, i PM'd u and let you know about this post the very first time i posted, and i offered to remove it once this gets resolved properly. Instead you chose to continue ignoring my phone calls. This issue could have resolved the day after.

The fan is completely dead. The card should be fine i assume. I have offered for the seller to replace the HSF which is 35 dollars. I hope to be able to post something positive TOMMOROW. The seller has my EMT address now. I have confidence this will be settled properly.
