DDR2 RAM has not yet achived as tight latencies as DDR1. The timings you wrote there - 2-2-2-6 pertain to some damn good DDR1 RAM. While DDR2 offers much greater bandwidth and consumes less power, the latencies aren't there yet. The very best latencies that I've seen on DDR2-667 RAM was on the OCZ Platinum pieces which I believe were 4-2-2-8.

The RAM I am selling is visibly better than average, but it is not the $700 stuff. Anyway, it's pending...
